Clean beautiful restaurant, food was very affordable I thought with lots of side options. Waitress was the best I’ve had in years. First time visiting a Cheddars and I’d come back and bring my friends!
Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen was a delight! The food was good, the atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the service was beyond reproach! I had a steak, rare, which was done to perfection, red beans and rice that were delightful, and a really yummy broccoli rice casserole. A friend of mine had the bacon cheese burger and fries. There was so much she couldn't eat it all, but she said it was really good. My daughter had the herb roasted chicken, green beans, and the broccoli casserole. Our server was excellent, asking if we needed refills and even checked in after our first bites to ensure satisfaction. NOW, That is service.
It's one of my go-to places. I enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere and the great prices for good food!
Chicken strips and wraps are great. Friendly staff and fast service. Honestly I enjoyed eating in. I was starting to default to carry out as most places are not very enjoyable. Best experience I have had in the past year .
Lovely restaurant, especially that I wasn't forced to use those on-table ordering & paying terminals. Very nice place, food, but especially nice staff.
I grew up going to Cheddars every Sunday after church, so it has a special place in my heart. But that was back when it was in Des Moines. Now, if I want my Cheddars fix, I have to go to either Iowa City or Omaha. Worth it though! The food was good as always. We did try the cheese bites for an appetizer, which were really good. I was almost too full by the time our food arrived. My husband ordered a drink called the "Painkiller," which was really good as well. Unfortunately, we were too full to order dessert, but the Cookie Monster is my go-to. Next time we're in town, we will definitely be back!
Both food and server were supper nice, food came out fast and hot. High recommend cheese curds and bourbon salmon, I’m not a big fan of rice, but bourbon sauce was so tasty, I finished my rice with shrimp and salmon. All the sides came with food were really good too. Only thing we didn’t really like was the chicken pot pie, it’s not bad, but the crust in the middle was a little bit undercooked
Very nice property party of two enjoyed a late lunch Madison our server did an excellent job. The food and drinls came out quickly. The property is very clean.
